WHY | The Health and Safety Act requires the reporting and investigation of workplace incidents including and not limited to section 24 incidents. Specific incidents must be reported to the Provincial Director within a specified time period. This course prepares covers the principals of Incident reporting and investigating necessary to fulfil the role of the Incident Reporting Appointee. 

WHO|Persons responsible for reporting and investigating incidents in the workplace, Health and Safety Representatives, Union representatives, Health and Safety Committee Members. Any employees with an interest in Health and Safety.
